Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear and effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams by calling out orders, checking dish status, and alerting service staff when orders are ready.
• Coordinate the expediting process to ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and prioritized correctly.
• Perform final quality checks on dishes, including adding garnishes, wiping plate edges, and confirming presentation standards.
• Deliver food to guests accurately, ensuring correct placement and order integrity.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and guests throughout service, including delivering additional items and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Ensure food is served under safety and sanitation standards, including proper temperature and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the expediting area and service stations.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and service tools.
