• Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with Residents and teammates.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Maintain neat, orderly, and welcoming community areas and resident apartments.
• Model The Sterling Touch while delivering housekeeping services under guidance of Environmental Services Director.
