Job summary

Grand Living at Georgetown is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to enhance resident experience by keeping all areas neat and welcoming. You will follow standards set by the Director of Environmental Services and provide housekeeping services to common areas and resident apartments with attention to detail.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to read, write and speak English, plus physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and push carts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with Residents, guests and fellow employees.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in narrow and confined spaces.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, orderly, and welcoming common areas and resident apartments.
• Provide housekeeping services under the guidance of the Environmental Services Director.
• Model friendly, courteous, timely and professional service to residents and guests.
