Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will perform cleaning and laundry services across apartments, common areas, and offices, restocking supplies and reporting repairs as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably prior housekeeping experience, with CPR/BLS certification preferred. Equal opportunity employer with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common digital tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming).
• Handle laundry and linen processing per policy.
• Restock supplies and report repairs to maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care and environment.
• Collaborate with staff to uphold health and safety standards.
