Job summary

Grand Living at Georgetown, TX is seeking a Concierge (PRN) to enhance the Resident experience by serving as the first point of contact for a variety of support needs. The role requires a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in line with The Sterling Touch standards.

Responsibilities include clerical tasks, coordinating activities, handling requests, distributing mail, and guiding visitors and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors.
• Perform clerical tasks, coordinate activities and manage requests.
• Distribute correspondence, direct phone calls and greet visitors and residents.
• Interact with residents, guests and team members in a courteous, timely and professional manner.
