Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge at our California community to welcome guests, residents, and staff. You will manage calls, relay messages, and provide general information with a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, scheduling appointments, organizing mail and documents, and supporting daily operations according to policy. A GED or high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties as required.
• Take complete messages and relay to the recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors; provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for staff and family.
• Update phone list, roster, move-in/out registers, and logs.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintain neat desk and entry area.
• Distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Maintain resident forms for credits.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties.
