Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our California communities. You will greet guests and residents, handle calls and messages, and provide general information. The role supports marketing efforts, manages meal tickets, and maintains logs for move-ins, appointments, and mail distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and employees and answer inquiries.
• Answer external and internal calls and communicate messages.
• Provide information of a general nature to residents and staff.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Update the Resident Phone List, roster and move-in/out registers daily.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members.
• Keep the desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distribute mail and organize forms for credits.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
