Integral Senior Living in California seeks a Concierge to welcome guests, residents and staff; handle calls, relay messages, and provide general information. The role supports daily operations with scheduling, messaging and guest services.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in customer service and a high school diploma or GED. Full-time and part-time hours with comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages and communicates to the recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors and provides directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal count sheets for dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; logs as needed.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintains desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains resident forms for credits and adheres to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
