Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of samples with accurate tracking.
• Own intake of all samples and document check-in procedures.
• Provide real-time sample status updates to production via status reports.
• Assist with QC inspections and report discrepancies.
• Maintain onsite and offsite inventory; coordinate showroom stock.
• Handle shipments with DHL, FedEx, UPS; update tracking boards.
• Sort deliveries, mail, and sample intake; photograph and QC docs.
• Prepare samples for client meetings and create sample cards.
• Support opening/closing of the Miami showroom and coordinate material orders with Finance.
• Provide updates on daily calls and flag issues within 24 hours.
• Collaborate to meet deadlines and escalate sample issues promptly.
