The Level Group in Miami is seeking a hands-on Sales Assistant to support one of our in-house brands and help grow our US retail presence.

You will welcome clients, build brand loyalty, use product knowledge to drive sales, and collaborate with HQ to ensure exceptional service.

This role emphasizes clienteling, teamwork, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to keep the store organized and focused on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the role in retail settings.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese will be considered a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail oriented attitude.
• Proactivity.
• Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration.
• High computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
• Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers.
• Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture.
• Interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service to maximise business and resolve customer issues.
• Use conversation to discover client needs and align with the appropriate sales approach to achieve sales goals and brand loyalty.
• Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment.
• Maintain the workplace tidy and organized.
• Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.
• Be a connection between store and HQ.
