Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate III in Waterloo, NY to welcome clients, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized store floor. You will support cash wrap, process shipments, and help with merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires strong English communication and prior retail experience; flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

1+ years in retail, cashier, stock, or related roles.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in luxury retail.
Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop use, walkie-talkie.
Strong attention to detail and organization; multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities
