Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our Town of Waterloo store. You will greet clients, provide personalized assistance, and act as a brand ambassador while ensuring a smooth checkout process and organized stockroom.

You’ll handle POS operations, assist with stock replenishment, and support merchandising efforts. Strong English, retail experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Proficiency with cash registers and POS systems; comfortable with mobile POS.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain housekeeping and LP guidelines.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor; update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests and work with team.
