Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help ensure store success through warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will greet clients, assist with product information, and support daily operations to deliver a premium brand experience.

You will operate POS accurately, process shipments, replenish stock, and maintain visual standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is expected in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or luxury service experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests while collaborating with team.
