Job summary

Coach in New York is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and sales floor. You will welcome clients, assist with product information, process transactions accurately, and support stockroom and merchandising tasks.

The role requires 1+ retail experience, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. This position involves flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets and use walkie talkies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support local market engagement on social channels.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and work with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
