Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Support Associate supports store operations, greets clients, processes transactions, and maintains the sales floor to reflect the brand experience.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding visual standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Fashion trend knowledge and marketplace awareness.
• Proficient with cash registers and POS systems; basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention compliance.
