Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional service at the store level. You will welcome clients, handle transactions, and keep the sales floor replenished and organized, while acting as a brand ambassador for Coach’s luxury experience.

Applicants should have 1+ year retail experience, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for fashion trends. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and offer personalized help.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards when appropriate.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness and stock levels.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
