Brobston Group is seeking a frontline support specialist to assist personal shoppers, stylists, and luxury sellers in delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help access product information and secure merchandise while avoiding direct customer-facing duties.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills; able to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Able to navigate multiple devices and maintain product knowledge details.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Available for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Navigate elevated luxury transactions and develop partnerships with luxury partners.
• Use available tools and relationships to locate and secure products, including special orders and online look books.
• Respond to outreach from personal shoppers, stylists, and luxury sellers to help close sales and satisfy customers.
• Maintain positive working relationships and perform other duties as required.
