Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to support the Personal Shopping business in a luxury retail environment. You will prepare appointments, merchandise, shipments, and hospitality details so Personal Shoppers can focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities include prepping spaces, packing and shipping, receiving and organizing merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized spaces while collaborating with store teams for daily activities and events.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Luxury retail, personal shopping, operations, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or merchandise-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset appointment spaces, merchandise, and client purchases to luxury presentation standards.
• Pack and ship purchases, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and track outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and move merchandise, including processing returns and go-backs.
• Maintain organized operational spaces and supplies, and partner with store teams to support daily activities and special events.
