Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Beverly Hills seeks a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and growing client relationships.

You will meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets while supporting the store team in clienteling and after-sales service, in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

This role requires high energy, a sales-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to new client generation and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' retail experience; luxury retail preferred
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
• Proficient with retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment with an outgoing, entrepreneurial, sales-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand on the sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and perform after-sales follow up
• Support new client generation and run business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Process returns, exchanges, open/close consignments, and handle customer repairs
