Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Houston seeks a Selling And Service Assistant to support front- and back-of-house operations in a luxury boutique. You will process POS transactions, assist with merchandising, stockroom tasks, and after-sales administration while maintaining CRM records and POS accuracy.

Regular in-person work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment is required, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year retail experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Experience with POS and cash handling strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; regular in-person work required.

Responsibilities

• Process point-of-sale transactions and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Provide prompt client service including wrapping, packaging, and answering phones.
• Support sales floor merchandising, replenishment, straightening, and returning merchandise to the floor.
• Assist with stockroom operations including tagging, ticketing, inventory preparation, and retrieving stock.
• Log and manage after-sales items and maintain accurate CRM records.
