Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment
• Understand high-end customer experience and maintain a professional brand image
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with reliability
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, Navision)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with timely payment processing
• Assist Accounting with timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to success
• Perform daily payment activities: credit card, ACH, wires
