Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a luxury services environment or related client-facing/support function.
• Strong understanding of high-end customer experience and brand representation.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills; data-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payments (credit card, ACH, checks, wires) and apply to sales orders.
• Post and reconcile journals for payments and export weekly reports (CPQ, Braintree, Multi Deposit).
• Manage intercompany transfers and ERP postings with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide client experience support and manage online orders and communications.
• Identify and implement process improvements; support cross-functional reporting and data integrity.
• Assist with Wholesale PO entry, backorder communications, and stakeholder updates.
