Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking a Third Party Specialist in Dallas to provide sales and sales operations support for the Client Experience Specialist team and Showrooms. The role requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office, working with Domestic and International teams to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

The candidate will handle quotes, orders, and inquiries, coordinate with internal teams on pricing, marketing requests, and logistics, and collaborate with third-party

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Proven sales support and client-facing experience.
• Strong communication—written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, Navison).
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service in interactions with internal partners; answer inquiries, process quotes and orders, and resolve client concerns.
• Support the sales team with third-party territory needs.
• Demonstrate and expand knowledge of products and processes.
• Assist in resolving client issues with the client assurance team and manufacturers.
• Daily collaboration with third-party manufacturers to resolve inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and send weekly status reports for open orders.
