Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (CES) for its Domestic Showrooms in Dallas. The role focuses on sales support, pricing inquiries, and order processing, partnering with Domestic Residential Accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury service, a professional brand image, and strong written/verbal communication. Hybrid schedule includes three in-office days and two remote days, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Demonstrates high-end customer experience and professional brand image.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to clients and manage quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with showroom Inside and Outside teams to support territory needs.
• Resolve client issues with the client assurance team to maintain relationships.
• Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Contribute to team meetings and weekly/monthly goal tracking.
