Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Demonstrates professional brand image and high-end customer experience.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily credit card, ACH, and wire payments for sales orders.
• Organize, fill out, and post daily journals of payments.
• Export and send weekly payment reports to accounting.
• Perform intercompany transfers when needed.
• Handle online orders and client communications as needed.
