Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between Client Experience Specialist and Showrooms for third-party manufacturers.
• Quote processing, payment inquiries, and order handling to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams on service, product transitions, logistics and financials.
• Support sales team with third-party territory needs and maintain relationships.
• Provide weekly status updates on open orders.
