Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience with cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS, internet).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement when appropriate.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates on the sales floor.
• Assist on floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
