Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail and iconic products. This Sales Support Associate role focuses on welcoming clients, handling transactions, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor to support the store’s success.

The position requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of fashion trends. Flexible scheduling and a dynamic team environment are provided in this full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
