You’ll assist with stock flow from receipt to POS and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong English, familiarity with fashion trends, and the ability to multitask across customer service and merchandising

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Cash register systems and basic computer skills; use of iPad/laptop and POS.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and stockroom upkeep.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Support stock levels, replenish floor, and assist with merchandising updates.
