Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to help ensure store success and efficiency. You will greet customers at the cash wrap, maintain a well-organized sales floor, and support product flow from receipt to sale.

Requirements include 1+ year in retail, knowledge of cash registers and Mobile POS, strong English skills, and excellent communication. This role is on-site in a luxury retail environment with opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiar with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support floor activities, respond to customer requests, and work with team or management.
