Responsibilities include welcoming clients, operating POS, stock management, and merchandising, while upholding brand standards and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; luxury retail is a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Able to read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and keep cash wrap organized; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
