Job summary

Vince Geary St (San Francisco, CA) is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating luxury service standards and a deep knowledge of Vince products.

The right candidate consistently exceeds sales goals, owns their client book, and builds strong relationships through proactive outreach and personalized styling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent as selling tools.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and translate styling into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and procedure compliance.
