Hermès Ala Moana Boutique is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and deliver the Hermès standard of client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will work with the selling team to achieve individual and boutique targets, while keeping the selling floor stocked and merchandise properly ticketed and secured.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, ideally in luxury, with excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong relationship building and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets as part of the boutique team.
• Maintain selling floor and stock to VM standards; ensure items are replenished.
• Process transactions accurately and support after-sales service when needed.
• Assist with inventory preparation and loss prevention practices.
• Provide high-level client service and wrap/packaging at POS.
