Qualifications

• Years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design preferred.
• Passion for luxury, design, and client service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong results orientation and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Represent the Frette DNA in every client interaction, turning every sale into a personalized and memorable experience.
• Build authentic and meaningful relationships with clients, developing your own client portfolio and contributing to the growth of the boutique.
• Provide expert sales consultations through an in-depth knowledge of the product, design, and the client’s lifestyle.
• Achieve sales targets and key commercial KPIs through clienteling and follow-up activities.
• Ensure operational excellence within the Boutique, contributing to the brand’s high standards of service and presentation.
