SFERRA Fine Linens, LLC is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales & Design Consultant for our Costa Mesa, CA location inside Pratesi South Coast Plaza (Bloomingdale's). You will guide client experiences, build long-term relationships, and promote our luxury home décor brand during store hours with a focus on service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.

• 1-3 years of high-end retail experience.
• Previous store sales experience.
• Ability to drive customer loyalty.
• Open availability including evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

• Maintain relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Network with designers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop meaningful client relationships.
• Built and maintained client base through follow-up, appointments, and store events.
