Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client questions about facilities, rates, and packages.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients by phone and email.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
• Assemble information packages and sales materials.
• Manage sales managers' schedules and travel arrangements.
• Support the sales team with filing and information sharing.
• Arrange meetings, events, and appointments.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
• Conduct hotel site tours for potential clients.
• Monitor and respond to incoming communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
