The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree and 2+ years in a similar role, with strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Qualifikationen

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field related to this profession.
• 2+ years of experience in a comparable position or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client/booker questions about property facilities, rates and packages.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Load bookings and rates on to the property management system.
• Prepare information packages and assemble materials for clients.
• Manage schedules and travel arrangements for sales managers.
• Assist sales team with filing and document management.
• Arrange meetings, events and site tours for potential clients.
• Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
