Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator for 1 Hotel Seattle to support the sales, marketing and events team.

You will manage office duties, draft proposals and contracts, and load bookings and rates into the property management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, handle inquiries, prepare materials, and help drive guest room and banquet sales while maintaining professional, guest-focused

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is required.
• Two or more years in a comparable sales support role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests and teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries with a helpful and professional demeanor.
• Draft proposals and contracts, load bookings and rates into the PMS.
• Coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports, and support sales team.
• Record meeting minutes and assist with client site tours as needed.
