Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Boston is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with administrative duties and drive the achievement of sales goals. Based in Boston, you will report to the Director of Commerce and collaborate with Sales and Catering Managers.

You should have at least one year of luxury hospitality experience, strong administrative skills, excellent guest service and English proficiency. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role.
• Strong administrative proficiency.
• Excellent guest service attitude and communication skills.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Multilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for assisting members of the Sales team.
• Perform administrative duties associated with Sales processes and hotel clients, including making/receiving calls, responding to inquiries, creating BEOs, drafting proposals and presentations, and maintaining files.
• Provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• System reporting analysis.
• Other duties as assigned by management in support of the sales process
