Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of social media, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Handle transactions, returns, and online pickups.
• Maintain floor and stockroom, including merchandising.
• Support inventory, shipments, and product movement.
