Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, collectors, and VIPs.
• Drive retail sales through in-store selling and clienteling.
• Assist customers in product selection, sizing, styling and special orders.
• Process online and in-store sales, exchanges and repairs.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer service issues.
• Develop knowledge of customer preferences for personalized recommendations.
• Know Jill Platner collection, craftsmanship, and brand story.
• Support showroom operations including inventory and pricing in Shopify.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and production communication.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising online and in-store.
• Support sales and marketing tasks: social content, photos, event materials, basic design.
