- Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
- Strong English proficiency and flexible scheduling.
- Background in luxury retail with clienteling and data collection.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising standards.
