Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Oregon to serve as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand in our Happy Valley store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

You bring 1+ years in luxury retail, comfort with POS and mobile devices, and a passion for fashion and clienteling. Strong English, ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexibility to work nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Ability to work at a fast pace; lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
