Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Oregon to welcome clients, operate the POS, maintain stockroom organization, and support merchandising updates. You will engage customers, represent the brand, and help drive store performance in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Know-how of cash registers and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor and update visuals.
