Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail setting in the Dawsonville, GA area to provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni‑channel selling.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency and fashion trend awareness.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
- Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
- Support inventory, cash wrap, replenishment, and merchandising.
