The ideal candidate has 1+ year of luxury retail sales, POS experience, and excellent English. Flexibility for nights/weekends and a fast‑paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with live‑stream shopping or social selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide a high‑touch shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive cross‑selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain stockroom organization and assist with visual merchandising.
