Qualifications

• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use on iPad/laptop, and stock duties.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with live-stream shopping or social selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Provide personalized styling and product expertise to clients.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling, with data capture for repeat purchases.
• Operate POS, processing transactions and managing inventory movement on the floor.
