Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our Leesburg, VA location to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with a team to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, and using mobile POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Prior experience in luxury retail and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
