You’ll expertly operate the POS, manage cash wrap, and help maintain stockroom organization while supporting social media engagement and team collaboration. Qualified candidates will have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computing (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak periods, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador locally; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; keep cash wrap organized and handling cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor and apply visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
