Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our luxury retail environment. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The position requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with social media and live‑stream shopping.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail (preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live‑stream/video demos (preferred).
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Schedule includes nights, weekends, peak season.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support daily operations.
